Supernatural: The Complete Series (Blu-ray/Repackaged)

If you wanna purchase Supernatural, wait until a holoday. Itll go from 250 bucks to less than 100. I assume you know Supernatural is an amazing series already. This has 15 seasons. Some goodies. Well worth picking up. Just be smart about the when.

The item arrived ahead of estimated delivery and was in new condition. Love the series. The DVDs are much easier to watch than going through streaming services. The show is switching streaming services and always a pain to find, and now has commercials. Love the item!

Purchased in November 2025. No digital code, got it for $100 on sale. So far I've ripped through 5 seasons, I'll edit this review if I run into any other issues later. But for now? These are solid Blu-Ray releases, up to six episodes per disk, generally 5GB to 6GB per episode. Picture quality is great, good as 1080p gets. Audio is 5.1 AC3 (Dolby Digital), which is what I'd expect from a television release (no expectation of some crazy TrueHD remaster). So far the only bad I can say is that the non-English options are WILDLY inconsistent season to season. So if that matters to you? Be warned. I was excited when the first two seasons had Spanish audio and subtitles. Also had Portuguese, and even Japanese subtitles. Then the fourth season was English only, and the only non-English subtitles were French. Come season five? Portuguese is the only second audio track. What? Not that it's in Portuguese; I know plenty of people worldwide speak it. But that it's the only available alternate language, when I'm certain a Spanish dub exists. It just feels like they grabbed these files from random sources to master the discs from, with no concern for consistency. Like I assume Season 4 was the Canadian release (French), and then Season 5 was Brazilian (Portuguese). Just weird. We'll see what happens as I get through the rest. But again, so far through five seasons the English-language product is PERFECT. The boxes themselves are...meh. I'm not gonna complain though, because I know tradeoffs have to be made to fit 50+ discs into a reasonable amount of shelf space. They've shrunk 15 seasons down to a very, very reasonable footprint. I flipped through all the cases, and no loose discs, so I'm confident nothing will be damaged. I do recommend doing the same with ANY big DVD/BR boxed set, don't want to wait six months to find you have a damaged disc from shipping and are outside the replacement window.

Unfortunately I am a little late to watching Supernatural,by the time I caught a few episodes of the original series it was too far into the episode run and waited until I had time to watch from the beginning.So now atm Supernatural is leaving their only streaming service and unless it’s picked up only purchasing a digital streaming or the physical media is only way to watch.The repackaged version is the same as the collector’s version released in 2020 as far as discs.They are held in 3 albums instead of 7 and the booklet included is only 16 pages while the 2020 is 68 pages with more pictures and extras.But this sells for over 50% less atm ,so this is probably the best physical media option.

I love the show, otherwise I wouldn't have bought this box set. I ended up buying an old school cd/dvd case to hold the discs because every time I would take a disc out I felt I risked breaking or scratching them. That's me, though. I have some meaty fingers.

Great for display, organized, extra content is great, original music in first season fits the vibe better than the music on streaming options. When it leaves prime, i still have it to watch! That feels best.

Arrived damaged. The slipcase is literally cheap paper...the corners were smashed and the bottom had a tear. The bottom edge of one of the cases that holds the discs was also damaged, and the sides of the cases have scuff marks. If this were a gift, I'd have been really upset. However its for my personal collection so ill deal. The show obviously is great. Great picture quality. I like how the booklet lists which classic Rock songs were used in which episodes. Glad to have the show how it was meant to be seen, and not with replaced music.

In case you were worried this wouldn't play on your deck, I'm happy to say there were no issues with my Sony Blu-ray player. The reason for the lesser cost is that this is a repackaging of a version that originally came with the digital code. I guess they simply removed the sheet and decided to sell as discs only, which was fine by me. Digital licensing is fast approaching a time where, if a company dissolves instead of transfers, you could theoretically all lose your licensing rights. I no longer wish to deal with VUDU/Fandango due to their slimy tactics after merging with Verdant. So, buyer beware!

Very good series. I've watched this on streaming services so many times I've lost count. So I decided to purchase this boxset. It comes in a nice box, and even has a book too. The boxset came perfectly packaged 📦 with purfect Amazon shopping care.

Have not completed watching the whole series but love what I have seen so far. No damage to the cases or covers. Loved the little episode book that came with it
