I was on the hunt for a replacement for my 10-13-year-old Calphalon cookware, and these pots and pans did not disappoint! They are the perfect weight—thick, durable, and feel solid in hand. I’ve had these for over 6 months. They cook very well for me, clean easily, and I especially appreciate the dishwasher-safe aspect. I do hand wash when I can. I’ve noticed a couple very small nicks in the outer coating, but zero damage to the inner. The handles on the large pot and lids do get hot.

This is my absolute favorite cookware. Purchased several months ago and still is pristine and rugged despite being regularly used by 3 teenagers and my bride and me. Make no mistake, you have to care for it properly, but if you do the nonstick is amazing it heats quickly and evenly, is lightweight and easy to use and clean. 6 stars..

I bought these about 9 months ago. I Love these pots, heat distribution is great. Love the ceramic coating, non-stick, easy clean up. The handles on the pots do not get hot, but the handles on the covers do. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is due to chipping on the outside of the pots. Always hand washed, never dishwashered.

We’ve had this set for over 6 months now and it’s been great. Nothing sticks to it and it does sear/brown the food when you need it to. Cleans up very easily. We’ve never (and don’t plan to) put this in the dishwasher and only used scratch resistant sponges on it. Very glad we found this set and the ceramic is safer than other non stick cookware.

Ordered these pans 6 months ago. They are very pretty but not worth the money. When I first received them, they did what they said they would do. But after about 4 months they are not holding up. The food is sticking even when doing a light spray of olive oil. They do not cook evenly either. I have taken care of these pans per the instructions and was even more careful than they stated. I was going between these pans and the Hexclad's and now I wish I would have paid the extra for the Hexclads. Not happy with these pans at all.

I really enjoy Ninja products and have several The quality of this product is very good. It is truly a nonstick product. Just be aware the black set is discontinued so if you have a warranty claim there may not be a replacement to satisfy a warranty claim. The 1-quart pot I had in this collection was defective. There is no replacement unless you want to replace it with midnight blue to go along with your black set. :( Ninja support was very nice but not much they could do if there was no replacement. I would like to update on actually using these pans on an induction cook top. The smaller pans rarely connect to the hobs so they can get hot. The bottom surface of the pans are metal for induction purposes but the center potion of the pan where the model number is, is not. Also the metal portion of the bottom does not go to the edge of the pan. So these areas are not getting hot due to induction and must rely on heat transfer from the metal potion of the pan as it gets hot from the induction process. All the pans are like that. I think the smaller pans suffer more because the induction area is too small and it won’t connect. I did call Ninja support and they were as helpful a as they could be but the solution was to use the larger pans. Needless to say this wasn’t a fix since my 14 piece set was now eleven since not all the pans were working. They did send me another set of 12 but I had to accept a different color since black was discontinued. The small pans in the new set do seem to work a little better, but you have to keep an eye on them as they seem to disconnect from the induction hob very easy.
