Have you ever heard that song by Brandie “Almost Doesn’t Count? If so, that’s what these knives are and if I could, I would’ve just given it 3 1/2 stars. So I wanted to address the elephant in a room and say that always wanted to be a product reviewer for buy however how can you give a product review directly after buying a product? So I decided to wait a little while and test these knives out because I read the reviews and I will say aesthetically the appearance of these knives are really nice. Now, as far as the performance goes as good as expected for the money that you pay for it. I’ve only had them a few months and it has already semi dulled and I don’t use these knives continuously I do have another set for that. Now don’t get me wrong they are OK but the quality of them are still to be determined if they don’t dull anymore or rust further. As far as what they can do performance wise, the few times that I did use, it was OK. I did have a hard time trying to chop up my shrimp when I was trying to make shrimp burgers. Like I said, they seem to be dulling and the sharpness is not there as much. I’ll just say for what the set cost it’s still a good value For the money spent.

Very reasonably priced set, very sharp. How long the hold a edge yet to be determined.

Very good quality

Knife is nice to cut soft items like tomato and soft vegetables and Meat without bone. Note this will not cut Coconut cell. The knife edge will bend like a blade. But for soft items this is very good. It have a good sharpness that cut the paper without any trouble.
