Firm and does what it says
I bought this to help me find a comfortable position for sleeping after having abdominal surgery. It did give great support from behind with just enough give to allow me to turn a bit so as not to stay in the exact same position all night.

Great for Elderly!
Bought this one for my 93 year old mother in law who cannot see and at the time was bedridden so was a big help in repositioning her in the bed. Would definitely recommend! Since then she has gotten her strength back and is able to walk with assistance and a walker from the bed to the living room or bathroom, but use it for times at night she may want to be sleeping on her side.

Very useful, not just for bed-bound people
When Mom became bed-bound we bought this to help position her and were happy with how well it was made and that there was a removable cover that could be washed. Sadly, Mom doesn't need it any more, but we like to put it in that space between the headboard of our bed and the mattress so that pillows, TV remotes, phones, etc don't slip down that crack to the floor. We are thinking of buying another wedge for all the many things we find that could use a wedge.

Very Good for Bedbound patients
This is very practical for bedbound patients, does helps a lot when they have to keep on their side to avoid bed ulcers. It is comfortable, washable, and has a pillow quality. Also very sturdy it has been washed a couple of times and is still ok.

Didn't work for me
The pillow is a good size. I'm 6'3" and 210 pounds. I snore if I don't sleep on my side. I bought this in order to stop rolling over. For me, it didn't work for this purpose. I could easily displace the pillow since there's no way to really keep it in place. The material and quality are good, it just didn't work for the purpose I needed it for.
