Wonderful for Chemo
Husband has AML and we use this product to keep him hydrated and his mouth damp. Chemo causes mouth sores in a lot of people and he loves this stuff because it tastes good and he can drink quite a bit of it. It's super easy to use and dissolves easier than the "other" ones - but caution - if you let the packets sit too long - they will clump up inside and be harder to dissolve. But this is our go-to hydration for chemo.

These are so yummy and help to keep me hydrated throughout the day. It dissolves easily and there is not grainy sugars at the bottom after a good mix. They’re not crazy sweet either, which is a plus.

My Favorite Sugar-Free Hydration Packets I’ve tried a lot of hydration accelerators, and HydroMate is my favorite so far. My doctor recommended adding an electrolyte drink to help with low blood pressure and to encourage me to hydrate more, so I’ve been using one stick daily. The flavors are genuinely good (no weird aftertaste), they dissolve quickly, and I love that it’s sugar-free and zero calories. I’ll know more about the impact at my next appointment, but for taste, convenience, and staying consistent with my water, this is a win. My family enjoyed this product!
Great taste. Bought these for a marketing basket for work and started getting them for my family. My husband and kids like the flavors too. The product dissolves easily and helps with hydration. They are less expensive than other electrolyte packets and fits better in my budget.
