Not sure why everyone keeps saying it does not stay on. It’s really tight on the watch . If it falls I’ll update

I still have the second piece stored and un-opened as the first one is still in perfect condition.

Great purchase, I hit my watch face on things often and this has saved it so many times, I will buy more if and when the two I have wear out

This protector looks nice but it fell off the watch twice while I was just doing ordinary things. The third time it fell off outside and I lost it. Guess that's why it came as a 2 pack. I don't have confidence that this one will last any longer. So I'm shopping again for something much better. I can't recommend this product if you actually want to ware the watch and do moderate activities. Update: I later found it laying on the floor of my garage. I was not doing any heavy duty work that day so it just fell off with out me noticing it. Since that time, I have found a way to keep it on. I cut some thin slivers of thin double stick tape and place it on the inside of the tabs that hook over the side of the watch. I applied this on the short piece that is between the two buttons (the hardest to apply) and on the longer piece that is on the opposite side away from the buttons. Since I applied the double sided tape, the cover has not fallen off. I used "Birllaid Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty for Crafts" do to the job although I didn't need nearly that much tape. I assume other double sided tape will do just fine. I had to cut the tape and use a pick (a toothpick will work) to apply the tape to the inside tabs (hooks). I also used a safety razor to trim the tape by cutting it along th edge of the plastic housing. It's been a few weeks now and the cover has stayed on. I upgraded my rating since it stays on now and look good. I won't give it a 5 because I don't think I should have to find ways to make it work. Maybe the vendor can adopt this as a fix for the covers falling off and make their customers happy.

Water gets behind the screen and watch face just while taking a shower. I would hat to see how the watch face holds up over time when swimming in a lake or river and has a little bit of dirt in the water. And the cover pops off all the time.

PERFECT FIT

Fell off too easy. Did not last long. But I guess you get what you pay for. I have been without a screen protector for many weeks now on a newer watch, without issue and working in a rough environment (no cracks or scratches as pictured). These OEM smart watch crystals have come a long way in terms of durability and there seems to be no real need for supplemental protection. Furthermore, for the price point, these watches are disposable after a couple years of use and have built in obsolescence anyway. So I’m going to just enjoy it as-is, without a screen protector.

Stay on and protect my garmin.
