Seemed like a great hose, lightweight and easy to use. But after 1 month a bubble developed on the house and it burst the next time I used it. Was too late to return. I posted the issue, Giraffe reached out and advised they would replace. I sent a photo of the break point and 2 days later I had a new hose. As noted in my original post, a very nice, lightweight hose. Now add excellent customer support. Thank you Giraffe for standing behind your product.

This hose seemed really nice quality and it was a nice weight. It arrived on the 22nd of the month. I used it a couple of times to refill the birdbath. On the 24th, I used it to wash my truck. I was turning it on and off as I soaped up and them sprayed each section of the truck. About halfway done, it developed an embolism already! I figured I'd hurry up and finish, but before I could finish, the crimp at the end of the hose let go and started spraying all over. I had another hose similar to this one also develop a bubble like that and I soon had to throw it away, but that one lasted more than a year, not two days!

I needed a hose that can reach far but does not weigh much by itself. Water is heavy. This hose works like a heavier hose, there is good water pressure for using a sprayer. So far, happy. I hope our cold weather does not affect it. I have drained it in prep for freezing temps in the future.

Still takes up some room stores best on a reel

It broke 6 weeks after I used it 4 times. I have used it one time with the pressure washer. and I used it ti clean the patio around the swimming pool .It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially after only two months of use. This hose shouldn't be on the market at all. This hose material looks like a elastic band. I should be reimbursed on my Credit Card. It's sound the selling broker (s) sell more low quality and raised their prices and taking advantage on all customers back.

This hose is compact and really pumps out water. However it kinks horribly bad! It’s very frustrating at times.

The hose is a piece of junk. I had the hose rip and blow a hole on the side of it where water was spraying all over the place and the part that connects to the hosebib is leaking water everytime I tried to use the hose. This hose is garbage. I never write reviews on Amazon but this one needed a review. Poorly made hose. Stay away.
