Easy To Assemble And Very Comfortable
As a person who does almost ALL of my work from home, having a great office chair is ESSENTIAL for me to be effective. I already have an awesome chair, but when I got THIS chair, I realized that even a great product has a superior! The instructions weren't bad at all. After reading them thoroughly, I was able to put the chair together in under 30 minutes! This chair is unbelievable! The arm rests are adjustable, not only up and down, but also diagonally - you're not fixed into a certain position. The headrest is also adjustable - up and down, as well as pivoting to fit the curve of the neck. Down towards the lower back, the chair provides advanced lumbar support that can also be adjusted up and down to fit the curvature of the back. The stand-out feature, for me, is the fact that the chair reclines (with an adjustable tension knob underneath). After using this feature with an ottoman I nearly went to sleep! It's made with a mesh-like material as opposed to cloth, which makes it relatively easy to clean and was surprisingly comfortable (as you can see, I've added a memory foam cushion). What made me knock this down from 5 stars to 4 is the fact that I found it hard to keep the adjustable headrest and lumbar supports in the places I set them (they tend to slip out of place). For a chair this expensive, I shouldn't have this issue. In addition to that, as you can see from the photo up there, it also has a small hole in the mesh on the back portion of the chair. Though this is small and doesn't affect the functionality of the chair, it still bothers me and - again - if the chair is going to be this expensive, everything needs to be FLAWLESS.All in all, this is a great chair - only time will tell if it is durable!

Good. Almost great.
This chair is comfortable and fairly configurable, with adjustable arms, height, back and headrest. If I had not gotten another chair that costs within $10 of the price of this chair at almost exactly the same time, also from Amazon's Vine program which gives products to reviewers in return for their reviews, I'd rave about it.The problem is that for about $10 more on Amazon you can get a similar office chair that's better in a number of ways. This is by no means a bad chair. It's a quality chair imported from China (like the other chair). But its wheels are cheap plastic casters compared to the other chair's excellent, blade-type rubber wheels. It has mislabeled parts (the first bolts you use to attach the legs to the central hub are mislabeled Part E when the directions call for you to insert Part F. It's not terribly confusing because they're the only bolts that come in a packet of ten, and the legs require ten bolts to install. But attention to detail is just not as there with this chair as with the other. In addition, the other chair has a seat that can slide forward and back relative to the backrest of the chair. Both chairs have three hole options in the base of the seat for mounting the seat closer or further from the backrest, but this chair lacks the further configurability of the seat the other chair has once it's bolted on.But despite my favoring the other chair in some ways, this one has its pluses. In particular, the chromed legs are probably a bit more durable finish-wise than the black painted legs of the other chair and the fabric of the seat and back is nicely breathable. Also on the plus side was the set of extra fasteners included in the blister pack in case you lost a fastener. So I still give this chair five stars. It's a solid chair that will last and serve you well.

Great Lumbar Support
This office chair is quite comfortable and looks very stylish. Assembling it took a little longer than usual because the instructions were not clear. However, if you've assembled things in the past or if you've put together chairs before, you sort of know which part goes where. The way I generally assemble anything is to first lay everything out on the floor in order of parts, large screws by themselves, small screws by themselves, etc. I use the pictures for assistance if the instructions are not clear. Overall, putting this together took about an hour. Once fully assembled, the chair feels great and I am very happy with it. I do not have any lumbar issues, but that lumbar piece really pronounced. It's really noticeable in terms of comfort. So, if you have lower back issues, you should give this chair a try.

Not for big and tall; Excellent customer service
When I sat in this chair, I did feel like I was getting lumbar support. However, I got this for my hubby and he doesn't really like it. The seat is not as wide as you would think when advertised for big and tall men. Hubby said the seat is uncomfortable for him because has a curve to it and his body hits the edges. The back hits about 3 inches below his shoulders and the head rest has to be pulled up quite a bit. For reference, hubby is 6', 250 lbs. Otherwise, I like that the mesh doesn't retain heat, the arms are adjustable, and the lower back support. He will not be using this chair.Update: The customer service has been excellent.
