Well, for some reason I had been having green algae constantly cover parts of my Florida pool. Aftre a recent trip away, I returned to even MORE algae. It took about 15 gallons of liquid chlorine to kill that off but I did NOT want to start that cycle over again. Even using a pool stores 5 in 1 tablets to prevent algae buildup did not seem to work well. SO....I stumbled on this product saw the reviews and gave it a try. After cleaning my media pool water filter, I put in 1 nore than the recommended 2 tablets (3) and stood back to see what happened. Well, as each day went by with the pump running about 8 hours a day as usual, I saw the water take on a pristinely clear and algae free look! Amazing. Not only that but entering the pool now, the water had a velvety feel, no odor and no chlorine smell. I was amazed at how beatiful the water looked now. You could see all the way to the bottom of over 6 feet of water clear as day. This product was less epensive than a national brand (Chlorox) and by my experience, BETTER! I would not hesitate to recommend these tablets if you want the best pool water for your home.

This product really does a good job and we’ve used it for years, but this year the price skyrocketed. But I guess it’s worth it, keeps the pool sparkling clear.

Bought these tabs to replace a major brand pool company's chlorine tabs. Our pool was suffering from algae buildup even though we were keeping the chlorine levels correct and we were getting tired of buying multiple chemicals to take care of the pool clarity and cleanliness. We took a gamble on these. They are cheaper than some other chlorine tabs and we were skeptical that these would really take care of the algae. After about a month's use, we have not had to use any algaecide. So that being said, it appears these are doing as advertised. They do come individually wrapped which is nice and they do seem to last about the same amount of time as regular chlorine tabs do. I do recommend

Omg! Have two tablets floating in 16,000 pool at all times and levels are always perfect! I know these 5 in 1’s cost much more than basic tablets but I have saved a ton of money of chlorine, algicide, and muriatic acid. Pool stays absolutely clear and no Algae anywhere in concrete pool. Run the robot once a week and I have not had to brush pool once. Tablets last about 5-6 days in floater. Would take off one star for some broken tablets in bucket, but can’t due to performance of product and price savings compared to walk-in pool store. 11/28/19 update: just reordered 20lb. Tub. Looks like I will get just over six months out of a 20 lb. tub- floating two at a time, and pool has been crystal clear since June1st.
