Resistance Bands set for Home use
Hi ,After looking in the internet for some time, i Spotted this resistance band set in Amazon UK and bought it recently. Very good quality resistance band. Comes with 5 different bands of varying resistance. The bands are so good and provide a good home workout satisfaction. I'm 6ft tall and length of the band is adequate enough for any workout. This kit is good value and economical on space, using the handles with a variety of resistance bands. It is useful for working out at home when it is not possible to go to the gym, and would be convenient for taking away on holiday when luggage space is limited. It is easy to fix to a door, using the top, middle or bottom depending on the angle needed.

THE RUBBER BANDS ARE FINE FOR THE PRICE, BUT THE HOOKS ARE REALLY TOO FLIMSY TO BE TRUSTED FOR SERIOUS EXERCISE.A WASTE OF MONEY IF ONE IS LOOKING FOR SERIOUS RESISTANCE RUBBERS.
