Lactobacillus powder comes with a small scoop for proper daily dosage. Good probiotic that mixes well in my morning coffee!

Quality is likely there, but the taste is too distracting
Don't get this unless you're ready for to add some funky taste to whatever you stir the powder into. I am not a terribly picky person, so I was surprised at how much I dreaded having to drink this after stirring into water. It just is not pleasant, and remains fairly chunky even after stirring it into liquids vigorously.I don't doubt the validity or quality of the probiotics in there, but I would go with a pill over this any day of the week.
