I don't usually review but decided to because when I went through the reviews I didn't see anything about people with glasses using it. Anyways I bought this for my 12 year old who wears square shaped glasses. I was worried he wouldn't be able to wear his glasses with this but took the chance anyway at first when he put it on or took it off it would move his glasses off his face but now that he has gotten the hang of it it's great there's more than enough space between the mask and his face for his glasses to fit comfortably. The app is easy to use and has a lot of pre loaded "faces" and he's had a blast with the diy ones as well the only downside i see is that the strap is not longer but he doesn't care so overall we give this 5 stars

This is one of the coolest LED Mask. My whole family has borrowed it for different occasions. Our son is a DJ and his audience were all amazed by how this mask synced to his music beats. He is buying his own mask to wear for all his events. Easy to Use. This can be connected via Bluetooth and their SHINING MASK app. The app has many designs to choose from or upload your own. What we enjoy the most is the gesture function, where you wave you hand over the mask and it changes to another design. Also, you can clearly see the designs in daylight. USB Rechargeable is another plus. Halloween this year will be super fun with this mask.

The product arrived really fast. I was impressed with the shipping. I opted to get the battery mask instead of the rechargeable; bad move. Lights on this mask cause it to use up battery juice really fast, so don't leave it on overnight accidentally or that's a wrap. I couldn't wear this thing for more than about 30 minutes with a lot of motivation to do so. It could be the fact that I have a medium to large nose but also it could be that the eye assembly is too close to the back of the mask where the nose touches. Also the opening for the eyes has a base much higher than the bottom periphery of visionso you have to lean forward in order to see straight in front of you. Less than optimal. I did get a lot of compliments on this mask and people asking where they could get one. I was hesitant because I don't like to refer people to sub-par items, but it is a neat trinket. My personal favorite function was the ability to take a screenshots of a conversation with someone on video and then quickly import it to my phone and then back to the mask once edited. I could switch it on to have their face displayed looking back at them...and I LOVE freaking people out. Unfortunately I lost the mask at a Mardi Gras parade last week.

I bought this mask for Halloween, but I've realized you can use it for so much more! Such as advertising your business, for example. The app allows you to customize what is written on the LED screen. (Which is actually my favorite feature.) I can now use it to promote my band. It's definitely been a conversation starter at shows. It takes about 3-5 hours to charge and it lasts a good while! If you're not interested in creating your own masks, thats okay too! There are so many different faces/shapes that you can use already built in for those who do not wish to customize it. Overall I feel this was a great value for what you get. It fits pretty comfortably, but I will say the slots for the eyes are a bit too small, however most masks are the same way. That's my only gripe. Otherwise these are perfection and I'm having a ton of fun with it! Here's a short clip to show you some of the different patterns.

Pros: The mask idea is awesome. It has a lot of faces and effects. It could be used for many costumes. It would look cool for a haunted house where the wearer makes minimal movement. Could use it on dummies. App controllable. You could use someone else's face and be them. Easily connects thru my Samsung Note 8. It gave me a $20 off coupon so I paid $63 with tax, willing to give it a shot. Cons: * Biggest pet peeve, it requires GPS and Location Services Permissions to use the app. What? There is no good or acceptable reason for this! Every time I selected NO, the app shut off. I selected "Remember My selection" for "NO" and the app no longer worked at all, immediately flashed on/off. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Tracking is reason enough to return it. Do you want your kids to be tracked? * My 2nd biggest reason for returning is there are not enough LEDs giving very poor resolution. There is a lot of black space between LEDs. For most designs, the resolution only looks good from 25ft away or more. * One Size available on Amazon. Why call it a Large when that is all you offer?! I have a narrow face or, smaller head. It may be a wider Asian Fit, as their faces are typically wider. Goggle manufacturers sell Regular Fit and Asian Fit for good reason, and as matter of fact so this is in no way racist. It doesn't fit my face so it leaks light in from the sides. Walking causes it to fall down my face. * The eye holes are so small I could barely see out, with no peripheral vision making it very awkward trying to focus between the inside of the mask. I understand larger eye holes interfere with the quality of the display but I need to see better. * App issues: The camera selfie function always inverted my face upside down with no way to fix it. *The app forces location tracking. *A chosen design only stays on while in selection/edit mode but not from the home screen. If you select a design and go to the main screen it goes into a Cycle or Demo mode of all effects. *There are 2 tiny sensors on the top front of the mask. I don't understand what they are for, however, every time I moved my hand or something toward or passed the mask sensors the design changed Every time I had to adjust the mask it automatically changed the design. Cool idea, needs improvement. 1. Add more LEDs. 2. Add a non-elastic adjustable top strap over the top of one's head to keep it from falling down. 3. Make the side strap wider, like ski goggles, for a stronger, more secure fit. 4. Improve the side shields to block light. 5. Make the eye holes wider for more peripheral vision., even if they are thin slots. * Better yet, make the mask display screen perforated so you can see out many holes and possibly not have eye slots interfering with the resolution and design. 6. Maybe add a separate battery pack for the back of the head straps or, on a tether for belt mount, to make the mask lighter, and improving fit. The instructions and packaging showed a battery pack and charging cord but mine did not come with one. It only used AA batteries. Amazon only sold a AA battery mask. 7. Work on the app: * Remove location tracking. Tracking in the U.S. is viewed as nefarious. * Fix the screen shot so images are not inverted. * Make the selected effect/image stay on when not in edit mode, when on the home screen.

Very cool mask, but hard to see from it- defiantly hard to walk with it, might walk in to something. Wish the eyes opening were bigger. Had to return it , but very cool mask
