Very good quality. So far it works well with my Lenovo Thinkpad X1. The hub is small, takes up little space, and has a built-in cable with a suitable length. I have not tested the dual display función yet.

So far I have purchased 5 of the Lenovo USB-C Dual Display Travel Dock with 100W AC Power Adapter for my wife, my adult sons, and myself. This small feature-backed dock has: 1x HDMI 2.1 digital video + audio out Jack, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 digital video + audio out Jack, 1x RJ-45 GigE LAN Jack, 1x USB-A 10Gbps Port, 1x USB-C 10Gbps Port, 1x USB-C 10Gbps AOU 12W Max Port and DisplayPort, 1x USB-C DC-IN Port, and 17-inch USB-C "pigtail" cable for connectivity to the laptop PC. 100W AC Power Adapter and dock can deliver 65W power to the attached laptop. This dock is great for travel, remote work, home office, and everyday use. It supports up to 2x 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 external displays @ 60Hz Refresh Rate. It doesn't have Thunderbolt, but all of the 10Gbps USB ports provide sufficient throughput for most users. I STRONGLY Recommend this product! Awesome features, quality build, and all the features you may need on the road or in your office.

Got this for my mom's Lenovo laptop and it works perfectly! Small, compact, and freed up laptop ports. Allowed me to connect the monitor HDMI to the dock, instead of the side of the laptop, along with a wireless dongle for keyboard/mouse. Additional USB ports allowed printer hookup too and have extra USB to spare.

I have a thinkpad T14 gen 3 amd (no lightning port) and the large brick shaped dock died. I really didn’t want to pay the now 250-300 price for the listed compatible replacements since, like others, I also didn’t need every single feature of the “brick”. I run 3 displays including the laptop itself in an A/B/C display configuration and this dock nailed it. There’s a usb port in the back for my wireless keyboard/mouse combo dongle and then I have the two usb c’s on the front for any other need if it comes up. I use WiFi, so I assume the wired network cable port would work but haven’t run it. As other reviewers mentioned, if you have to use an hdmi to dp adapter use the IVANKY Active DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter 4K@60Hz, Uni-Directional DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0, Male to Female. I had an adapter that worked fine on my old dock but not on this one. For 10 bucks it was a no brainer to just order at the same time and I’m glad I did. Unlike my old dock, this one doesn’t have a fan and is a fraction of the size…yet runs cool as a cucumber. I got one with a 100w power supply so I can leave everything in place as I alternate between wfh and in office, carrying only the laptop between. All in all I saved close to $200 to keep my setup running and saved some desk space in the process. If I ever did need to travel with it the size makes it easy to slip in a bag pocket, but despite the namesake I don’t have a need to carry one around.

Good dock, has some rubber feet to prevent sleeping on it's base. Small, unobstrusive. It does it's job. The only issue I've noticed is that if I try to drive a 1440p monitor at 144hz alongside my 1080p monitor at 60hz, very occasionally the signal to either monitor will drop for a few seconds. On wake-up from sleep, it also likes to have artifacts or missing scan lines. Fixed by just setting the 1440p monitor to 120hz instead.

Works well. Application fits my needs perfectly.

As an experienced IT pro, you will find yourself frustrated. You don't simply plug this in, as prescribed, and enjoy the benefits of external monitors on your Lenovo laptop. First you must update the little black box with MULTIPLE updates on firmware. Then, well, it doesn't work. It only has one cable so how hard could it be? Well it's not hard it just doesn't work. It might as well be a plastic box full of sand or rocks. Fortunately you get to return it for the same price you bought it, with the added trouble of driving over to whole foods with no comp for gas or wasted time.

So, I use this to turn my smarphone effectively into a laptop computer. The value is a perfect balance for the function it affords, I could have spent more, but I would only be adding duplicate features. The Power Supply allows me to work from my phone indefinitely while charging some accessories at the same time. I've had no issues with connectivity. I wanted and Enterprise Class docking station that would allow me to run DRM-content without extra drivers because I was working off of Android. The plug-and-play compatibility gave me everything I needed to work in my sales position while transisition between the Office and my home.

Great product for those with Lenovo laptops. Now I only have just one cable plugged into my laptop since the dock also charges it. HDMI and USB ports also works even if the charger isn't powering this dock.
