Plantronics - Blackwire 3210 - Wired, Single Ear (Monaural) Headset with Boom Mic - USB-A to connect to your PC and/or Mac

Bought this after spotty results with Bluetooth headsets on my PC during Zoom calls. This headset has great sound quality, is very comfortable and has easy to use controls. I also prefer the single ear design over stereo headsets. I feel like I can hear myself talking more clearly; other headsets that I've tried run the mic through the headphones and I find the side tone very distracting. This is a pretty simple piece of gear, but it fits my needs very well. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely love this headset, have used the same headset for the past 5 years working from home without issue. Also, used other company provided or recommended headsets and always revert back to using this headset instead. Not only does it have volume control and a mute button but it also has a Multifunctional Answer/End Call button. Many headsets do not have all 3 options, especially now that I am searching for a wireless headset. Having a hard time finding a wireless version of this headset that’s not $100 or more. The Plantronics Blackwire 3210 wired single ear headset has lasted longer, and has been the best fit for me over the years. The single ear option is great for working from home as well can still listen to and hear noises around the house and able to quickly answer or mute calls from the headset. Using PC soft phones and running multiple applications it is a task to toggle to the answer, volume or mute button on PC. Able to quickly press the mute button when kids, gardener or pets are too loud and turn the volume up or down on calls from buttons on the cord.

bought this thing a little over 2 years ago now and it's worked flawlessly, its pretty comfortable could be better I plan to upgrade so, but this headset is really good for money, I work from home in IT support usually about 9 to 10 hour days, I can hear very clearly and the customer can here me clearly, the noise cancelation works very well not the best but good, I don't really have anything bad to say about this headset, good headset for online games chat and for work.

I bought these because a coworker had a set and said they were fantastic. I work remotely a lot and need a good headset for meetings and calls. This fits the bill and I use it when my Bluetooth headset dies suddenly. The sound quality appears to be excellent, I can always hear the other people on the call and have never had any complaints about my sound quality. I find the cord to be a bit on the short side and the control buttons in an awkward place. The cord from the USB plug to the control buttons is sturdy, maybe 14 or 16 gauge, but the cord from the control buttons to the headset it is much smaller, maybe 18 or 20 gauge, and feels really flimsy, at times I am worried I will break it.

I started working a hybrid schedule and forgot my headset at home so I bought another one exactly like the one work gave me over 4 years ago so I have 1 at home and 1 in the office. It's a great headset! It handles traveling, weekly commutes to the office and being used all day. It is comfortable and you can easily switch ears. People have always been able to hear me clearly and I can always hear them.

These are the work horse headsets that I keep going back to. I appreciate the untethered freedom of ear buds, but the sound quality of this simple, wired headset cannot be beat. Bottom line is that I can hear my team mates clearly and I sound reliably professional on work calls, no one says "sorry, you're breaking up - could you say that again?" I also like that these cover only one ear so that I can hear other things happening in the house while I'm on calls. Does not affect my hearing clearly at all. Thumbs up.

Comprei para a minha esposa usar no trabalho. Muito confortável, som excelente e sem ruídos, não machuca a orelha, ótimo no atendimento dela. Como ela é suporte, ficar as 6h20 de trabalho não fica cansativo. Excelente produto, pode ir sem medo. Quanto à entrega, é padrão Amazon, né? Sem demora, cumprindo o prazo e pontualíssimo.
