My tile guy said he has never tiled over kerdi board, and said it looked fragile. anything different when tiling over kerdi board?

Once it is screwed to the wall with their washers & screws it is very durable. We have contractors setting 12x24, 18x36, 24x24, Porcelain tile on walls and ceilings with no problems. The majority of our better tile contractors have switched over to the Kerdi-Shower System using the Kerdi-Board

i need more panels. Where can i buy 4 more?

Use Ditra towards the top you still need a moisture barrier towards the ceiling.
