I bought this and a 4 pack of the cheap ones that weren’t much more than this solo one. At first I was going to return it because the other ones worked perfectly fine and this one was oddly thicker than usual. I then realized it was thicker and that was due to it having a replaceable battery which is good rather than replacing the whole thing every year or 2 so figured why not even if it’s a tad bulkier. Then when I heard that the alarm is definitely louder than most of them I was happy with it. I can actually hear this one if it’s in the couch cushions. Within a few days it would randomly beep. Wasn’t sure why. Now after about a week of use it’s beeping in my pocket while I’m walking. Being it’s thicker it’s not just flat and hard to break, it has a door in the back for the battery and the components in the front. Normal use, nothing out of the ordinary being on my keys it seems to be coming apart like if I press on it it pushes it together and turns it on and that’s the beep. Basically it’s coming apart and not on unless i press it together so it’s pretty much garbage now. Being on a keychain I’m realizing how durable they really truly need to be and all the others from cheap generic to the most known brand have held up. This can’t be a keychain it won’t hold up. Garbage now waste of money

As someone who frequently misplaces items, I was excited to try this key finder. Setting it up with my Find My app on my phone was simple. I had the locator synced and ready to use in less than a minute. I like how loud the alarm is. It makes it that much easier to find my misplaced item, in my case, my key. I’m able to hear it almost perfectly in a crowded room. However, the alarm goes off after three cycles rather than staying on until I find it. I had to continuously press the remote button to play the loud alarm each time until I found my keys. The carrying strap is a nice addition. I’m able to attach the tag to my luggage or purse. The battery replacement tool included in the package is convenient, making it easy to swap out batteries when needed. I also appreciated the adhesive labels for tagging. My main negative is that the tracking range can be somewhat limited in places with many objects in the way. I had to go to a specific spot in the room for it to sync during a party. Overall, it’s a handy device to have.

Cheap price, but not as good as an apple AirTag.

I’ve been using the MOMAX Key Finder for a couple of weeks now and it’s quickly become one of the most useful accessories I carry every day. Setup with the Apple Find My app was incredibly fast and easy and it synced with my iPhone in seconds without any issues. I attached it to my keychain but I’ve also tried it on my backpack and even on my dog’s collar just to test the signal and it worked great in every case. The tag is compact and lightweight but feels sturdy enough to handle everyday use and the included stickers let me add a little personal touch which makes it stand out in a fun way. I tested the alert sound and it’s plenty loud to hear through bags or under cushions and the location tracking is accurate and updates fast in the Find My app. Battery life has been solid and it uses a standard CR2032 so replacement down the road will be simple. If you’re already in the Apple ecosystem this tag is a no brainer and gives you an easy way to keep tabs on your stuff with no subscription or extra app needed. It’s affordable reliable and looks better than most other trackers I’ve seen and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a simple way to avoid losing their keys wallet or gear.

Great item

This locator device is a bargain at right around $10 and works great. It works with Apple Find My and was a snap to set up (activate the airtag, click the + device on your iPhone and select the airtag name and done)... in literally less than a minute. I love that you can pick from a variety of icons so that your device is distinguishable from your other airtags. It also comes with a sheet of stickers that you can write on to identify your tag from others in your household. That is very thoughtful and appreciated! I can't tell how precise the locator is yet relative to my other Apple airtags (the closest it's given me is "within 15 feet" which to me is actually pretty good). I love that, just like the Apple airtags, you can ask this tag to "Play Sound" which is hugely helpful and, to me, is a "must-have" for airtag features. So far I'm delighted with this airtag alternative.

recently used this when i traveled to the US and placed it in my suitcase. i was able to track them on my phone via the wifi at the airports

Excellent little tracker....bought it for my friend's cat collar, so far so good!! Would definately recommend this and would readily purchase another if needed.
