Why did you choose this product over others?: I wanted to try green tea and saw this product so thought I would give it a try, the tea bags seem a good design and fit easily into a bottle of water I just found the taste was not for me so gave them to me partner would says that he likes them. Health benefits: I had read about the benefits of green tea and it being good for weight loss among other things.

I love the tea and smell nice. Tastes good as well.

Authentic brand, tasted good

Finally a simple way to make iced green tea! I add one pouch per litre of cool filtered water, then let it sit on the counter for about an hour, then give it a stir. Has an excellent taste, a quality green.

The packaging guides using 1 stick per 17oz of water (so basically 1 stick for 1 water bottle) but doing that, the flavor is not very strong and the color is very light too. The flavor of the tea itself is good - it's more like a matcha flavor or the green tea flavor you'd get with green tea ice cream. The sticks are very convenient and fit into a bottle easily - you can also add more than one stick to get a stronger brew I like that the stick is made from sugar cane. You can't avoid microplastics this day and age, but I like the fact this is a biodegradable product. I'd say it's worth the price as long as you like this flavor of green tea
