This is my 13th building experience in a recent adventure of mine to explore other non-LEGOs. I’m a golfer & never saw anything like this with 30+ years of being a LEGO fan. So this was one of those purchase-at-first-sight discoveries.I’m fresh off reviewing a Newrice Super Sports Car where I spent 3 full paragraphs on the titling & listing of the kit. With this golf cart, I can condense it by saying: When you open the manual, you are immediately greeted by the name “Mould King” and the exact appearance of a Mould King building manual. …yet that name appears nowhere on the outside of the box (or anywhere here on the product page for the item).A little research reveals that CH NTWH is a company that makes actual golf equipment. The paper barcode sticker on my box reads: “CH NTWH 1:20 Scale Blue …ouvenirs for Golf Lovers New Made in China”. The front of the box is visible in the product photos; you don’t need me to tell you the code # of SZLQGC-001. But why no name? (Here we go again – I’m seeing this a lot with these non-LEGOs, and they aren’t doing themselves any favors when such information is left out of a product title.)Like a Mould King technic I built in summer ’24 (it was about 500 pieces), pieces are separated into 4 bags, but there isn’t much rhyme or reason for what’s separated into what bag: you have to open all but bag 4 very early in the build. (Thank goodness this is not the case in the massive Mould King technic I’m currently about 1/8 of the way through building.)The first half of the build is rather slow (ie. a lot of 1x6 plates where 2x6 plates would be more sensible) and other small pieces. Then it picks up when you get to the windshield. (The only technic pieces come in here.) And you’re done before you know it. There aren’t really any moving parts.You get your money’s worth as there is a clear display case that the model stands inside of. Doing this is actually the final couple of steps of the building instructions.The build was clean; piece fit is great; stickers (3 of them) work just fine; instructions are of good quality (one complaint: distinguishing between the navy blue & the black pieces at first is difficult – good lighting is required).Final thoughts: It’s a different model. So whether you’re a golfer or not, I’m sure this would make a satisfying build.
