Very good water machine when properly maintained and filters changed. Got 3 years out of my first machine but was starting to have error issues and not pumping very well. Got a new one a month ago and it works perfect and dispenses quick again. Tastes great. Ice it makes is very clear Great for fish tank water replacement also

We just got this hooked up and so far it seems amazing! Was really easy to setup and get started. Changing out the filter also is a very simple process. It holds a lot of water, which is great. The water comes out pretty quick compared to other filtering units. We have a jug we fill up and then put in fridge for cold water. The hot water feature on this is incredible, comes out immediately without having to wait for the temperature to change. Hot enough for a cup of tea. Water is crystal clear and tastes great. For anyone living in an area where you can not put one under the sink, this is a great option. Also, looks very stylish and clean on the counter.

I really wanted to like this countertop instant hot water purifier, and while I do enjoy some parts of it, there are definitely things that could be improved. First, the manual is a little confusing, so it took some time to figure everything out. Also, you need to refill and empty the water very frequently, which is inconvenient because the fresh-water tank and the wastewater tank are built together. Another issue is the water tank design: the level markings don’t make sense. It’s actually impossible to fill the tank up to the “max” line because the internal divider sits around the 2/3 height of the tank — so the top part isn’t fully usable at all. The machine is also quite heavy, so it’s not something you can easily move. That said, I do love the heating function. It gives you the exact temperature you want in just seconds, which is super handy for tea, coffee, and baby bottles. Overall, I’d still recommend it — but only if it’s on sale, considering the design flaws.

I've owned this for a couple of months now and I'm very satisfied. I'm transitioning from a life time of bottled plastic water and this is my first countertop ro. It is easy to set up and use, tastes great, looks cool on the kitchen counter, water quality is supposedly great (better water stored in plastic bottles or whatever yo) also that volume button and temperature control for hot water is super useful. 10/10

Leakage happens 1 week after install, and no hot water coming out few days later. They send me a new one but it stops running hot water from the 2nd day. I think most of their products from Amazon and manufacturer are returned products. Most of them are defective products.

I've owned this for almost 2 years and I have changed the filter once. There is a built-in sensor that tells you when to change, but I also have water testers. The number range from high single digit to the low teens depending on the tester I use. However, I do fill it up to the very top to the "max" line and I believe you're suppose to only fill it to the lower line before it spills over to the other side. Pros: It works! I like the taste of the water and it makes hot water instantly. And filter replacement cost is very reasonable. Cons: The tank is small so you have to refill it constantly. I refill mine 2-3 times a day for a family of 4 people and we're not very thirsty people. It's on your countertop so it takes up space.

I have had this since June 2024, It is reliable, quiet and easy to use. The hot water function I use multiple times a day to make either coffee or tea. I don't use a kettle, I've moved that small appliance out to the garage.

I’ve had this Waterdrop K19-H for about a year now. It’s been great for pure and hot water, but I ran into a bit of an issue with it recently. I contacted support and talked to Andrew. He was super responsive and actually helpful—he didn't just give me some scripted answer. He offer me a good solution to the issue. It’s rare to get good help like that a year after buying something. The system works great, but the customer service is what really makes it worth it.
