I slept well
I slept well and without any pain in my neck. The pillow could have been a bit harder, but it did the job.

The one I didn’t know I needed
This is the only one I’ll get again, the raised area is not too raised / severe and overall it is a medium - firm pillow and supportive yet comfortable. I’ve had three of these special shaped pillows, 2 with a dip in the centre to accommodate for back sleepers. As a side sleeper I now realise the ones with dip in centre mean you fall into it at some point during the night, as you have to sleep on the edge of the pillow which is not realistic. I was getting pins and needles regularly and that had ceased. Can’t believe I didn’t get this sooner, it’s been a game changer for me

Too low
Not bad, but it's too low for me. I've used it on the highest side, and it was fine at the beginning but with a couple of days it lost a bit of the rigidity and now I feel it even lower. It's tough for me to find a good pillow that leaves my shoulders in a good position. Maybe it works for someone with a narrower back, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.

Not comfortable
Not great both me and partner tried it and it’s a decent pillow but I think the grooves/lines in it make it uncomfortable. I woke up with ear pain a few times in the night.

Bought for fussy back sleeping son. So far so good!
