I really like that it doesn't have straps coming down from the headrest and across the front of the dog seat. I bought one of those first and my dog's head kept getting caught in it. Don't have that problem with this one. She is a little 8.2 pounder - and this seat raises her up nicely so she can see out the window in our Jeep. I got her a bigger size so she can stretch out and sleep. It has an included strap to hook to her harness. Only reason for 4* vs. 5* is the sides could be a little firmer. If she stands up a bit and balances on it like she likes to do, they wobble slightly. But in the overall, this appears to be a very nice product that we will get lots of use from.

My shih tzu puppy can finally look out of the window and see where we’re going! It seems to be a sturdy seat. When he gets tired of looking out of the window, he can curl up and go to sleep in it. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the tether strap has a plastic fastener that my dog started chewing on until it broke. I replaced it with a metal one that he can’t destroy. He has chewed on the tether strap itself but hopefully he won’t chew it in half. Other than that, it is a fantastic puppy booster seat. He rides in style.

Could not stabilize and dumped pet out. Would like to return but haven’t gotten return details from company after 2 weeks.

Boone is 10 years old up until now I haven’t taken her out of town with me. It was easy to install where I can take it in and out of the car easy. When you hit the brakes it doesn’t move at all. She can sit up high enough that she can see everything and it is roomy for her ( she weighs 24 pounds). Would buy it again love ❤️ it and so does she!

This works great for my 18 lbs. bischon/shitzu mix. The only thing I dislike about it is it's easy for her to jump out unless I attach the tether to her collar. I really don't feel she is as safe in it as the kennel I was using. It's easy to install and she enjoys being able to look out.

My dog hates riding in the car normally. However, after buying her new car seat she’s doing better. She can see out front windshield and side window when she sits up and I think it’s helping her car anxiety. I love that seat belt goes through back and it fastens around the back of the seat. Very stable. I wasn’t totally impressed with the extra harness anchor but I purchased a different one that locks around headrest and they work great together. I would buy this again. My dog is medium sized between 12-15 pounds.

It’s a nice car seat for my dog, although I can’t use the seatbelts in my vehicle to secure the car seat due to the fact that the seatbelt does not fit through the loops in the back of the seat. Shoulder harness seat belts are difficult to feed through these loops. Regular seat belts would probably work better. The seat has enough room for my 16 lb dog. He seems to enjoy being up high to see out the windows

Wonderful booster seat for my dog. He loves being able to see out. I like that it sits on the seat instead of hanging. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the clip that attaches to his harness is flimsy. God forbid there was an accident, it wouldn’t hold. Looking for a stronger clip to put on.

Arrived last evening. Could not wait for this item as with social distancing and self isolation been going for drives. I have a little dog thought would be safer But was ripped and shredding where ripped at seam of where the dog would sit. It actually seemed that maybe this was a return already. Even the side pocket seemed slightly stretched like already used. I could start sewing. But for this price, absolutely not. Wasn’t product checked prior to shipping. So disappointed. As I really wanted to use today.

I really love this little booster seat for my dog. She loves it too. My only suggestions for improvement for this would be that it be about 4 inches higher because I still had to put two folded blankets under it in order for my chihuahua to see properly out the window and another thing I would like to see is a cover on the inside that would be water proof and easy to clean on the spot. My little dog gets car sick and if she throws up on the fuzzy cover it is not easy to clean until it can be removed and washed and that can be hard if she throws up in the middle of a trip. Also I would suggest a harder plastic structure for the sides. This doesn't seem that sturdy. Oh and one thing I replaced right away was the hook that was on this to hold the dogs harness onto the seat. It is not strong, very cheap and would not hold if there was a problem. I put a proper hook on it and it was fine.

This came close to being perfect for my 12 pound dog. The liner is supposed to be reversible but the zipper is not. The winter side with the animal print is not a problem but the cool side up does not attach to the sides.If anyone knows how to make it attach, please let me know. I am going to keep the seat and hope it does not become a bigger problem with use. Overall, the high base is perfect and the unit is well made.

I purchased this for my 12lb Mini Poodle. It arrived very quickly and was easy to install in my vehicle. The booster seat fits in my passenger seat (I have bucket seats with side bolsters) with no issues. The only thing I plan to change is the clip at the end of the tether strap, it's a bit flimsy. Otherwise, the seat is a great value and well built! I feel more comfortable behind the wheel, knowing that my furry companion secured in his own seat!

This is the first car seat in this design (actual booster, rather than hanging from the headrest) that was under $100, and it is perfect! My 19lb mutt can see out of the window (her life goal) and stay in one spot. It's not a pretty seat, but for the price and function, you can't complain.
