Great little battery case/box. I was in need of a box to hold the battery for my fence gate and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to install and fits group 27 batteries perfectly. I like the fact that you can run the wires out several openings in the lid and still have it shut flush. It protects the battery from the rain and elements. I added a little insulation on the sides to try and help the charge in the winter time.

I purchased this to enclose my batteries for my solar security gate. I picked a perfect unit. It has a snap on lid for security. The batteries that I bought are gel sealed 12 VDC batteries, 2 for a 24 VDC output. They both fit into this box with room to spare. I insulated around the sides of the batteries, not sure if this is good or bad. But the box works GREAT.

Bought this for a marine battery at our driveway gate. The two I bought from two different auto parts stores failed. Clips broke after two months, lid started leaking, they were not well built. I tried this one and the overall construction is better. The lid locks closed. It’s vented in a manner where the biz doesn’t fill up with water when it rains. Strongly recommend for this application

Perfect fit and just what I needed. Had to remove my old double box to install these 2 to fit new goup 27 batteries. Just had to drill 4 new holes in the brace on the trailer and mount with hardware I bought separately. Durable and secure.

Looks great. Quality of product is sturdy. As I am using it for a Lithium RV Battery I appreciate that the lid is not vented to prevent rain water to come in. As Lithium batteries boxes do not need be vented. Overall very pleased with the product. I also appreciated the quality of the strap that comes with the product.

Amazing, so nice to not have to rely on the stupid strap just to keep the lid on in a little aluminum boat with a trolling motor. The lid snaps on firmly, but can still be opened easily, and enough room inside for a small Noco maintainer/charger, even with a large group 27 battery in it.
