I’m genuinely impressed with this faucet. The install was SUPER easy, and that’s because the design is clearly well thought out. The hardware is detailed and high quality, and everything fit together the way it should (no guessing, no struggling, no “why doesn’t this line up?” moments). You can tell this was engineered for a smooth DIY install, which I really appreciated. Once installed, it immediately upgraded the look of my kitchen. It has a clean, modern style and looks way more expensive than I expected. But it’s not just pretty — the design is extremely functional in everyday use. Everything feels intuitive, sturdy, and practical, like they actually considered how people will use it day-to-day. Another big win: the filter is very easy to put in. The whole filter setup feels simple and straightforward, and swapping it doesn’t feel like it’s going to turn into a project. And lastly, I have to call out the customer service — support has been fantastic. It was easy to reach them, and they got back to me really quickly. That kind of responsiveness is rare and made the experience even better. Overall, this is an easy 5 stars from me: easy installation, great design, great looking faucet, simple filter process, and excellent support. Highly recommend!

At a point where I needed to buy more filters for my Brita pitcher, that I used for drinking water and coffee maker, I explored options for faucets that provided filtered water and was delighted to find this one at such a reasonable price! We finally had our faucet installed this week, and I really like it! I was concerned that the small lever used for turn on/off and temperature would not be ideal but, actually, I find it easier and less messy than my previous larger handle, as far less water is splashed when maneuvering -- plus there is no worry about fingerprints. Both the stream and spray options on the regular faucet work well and, although the extension sprayer option is much shorter than my previous faucet's, the spray is so strong that it shouldn't be a problem. The addition of filtered water directly from the faucet is a huge benefit. Though the stream from the spout is slower and smaller than expected, which means more time to fill glasses or pots, it will work. Also, as it is new and was installed by a plumber (who was impressed with the faucet), I don't know if the filter was properly installed or if the slower water flow is due to a greater amount of contaminates in my water. I will be interested to see if it works better when a filter change is required and I can see what is going on. Supposedly, the filters can last up to six months, which may not be the case for me --- but it shouldn't be as frequent as my pitcher required. All in all, so far I am pleased with my purchase and the quality and appearance of this faucet. I will update if there are changes in my opinion ... but I'm looking forward to years of a good filtered water source for drinking and cooking, not to mention a tad more counter space from getting rid of the water pitcher.

The FEELSO kitchen faucet arrived nicely packed. Upon opening the box, we were impressed with the quality of the faucet. As for installing it, we had to purchase some items in order for it to fit with our fixture. So, for some people, it may not be an out-of-the-box installation, without needing extra fixtures. It was simple to install. However, I think the base could be either a little wider or thicker, so it won't wobble a bit when pulling down on the hose. I also think the faucet should have an indicator light when it's time to replace the filter. The water pressure is great, especially when using the sprayer setting. The weight of the faucet is sufficient, not too heavy or too light. It's a great value for the money. The size is perfect for our double sink. I would recommend this faucet.

The original faucet failed on Thanksgiving. My wife picked several Amazon faucets for function, value and appearance on Black Friday, and I considered their design and installation problems as well as what was included in the parts needed. Having filtered drinking water is a plus and there isn't a filter unit hung on the threads of the spout like the old one. Received this Faucet within a couple of days. It was a small fight to get the old faucet out made easier by removing the garbage disposal first. We had a couple of old sofa cushions to lay on that helped. The faucet hoses are fed through the center sink hole and the large plastic retaining nut is feed up through the hoses and hand tightened onto the threaded hose tube under the faucet. There are basically two hoses to hook up to the shutoff valves as well as plugging in the sprayer hose with counterweight. The 3/8 compression thread is common to these hoses and most shutoff valves in homes. The old faucet had separate connection hoses creating additional problems getting them disconnected. The new faucet had permanent hoses attached as a single assembly. The hoses were long enough to reach the floor. Less fittings to leak and no replacement hoses needed to buy. Pictures show the faucet installed and the under the sink views of the attachment nut and hose to shutoff valve connections with the adjacent sprayer hose and counterweight. The new FEELSO Faucet operates quite smoothly, looks good and seems a great value. M&E

So far so good. Installation was a breeze with a sink wrench. Water flow is excellent. Seems to be very well made and looks great, don't think you can beat it for the price.

Love my new faucet. Now I need a new kitchen lol. No more stooping over to do dishes. Love the built in water filter. Looks well made and easy to use. The price was right, too!

I bought this faucet November of 2024, It originally came with 2 CLOSED plastic barrel filters. I was very impressed how well this faucet filtered the water that i recommended this to my daughter who also purchased this, that is until I had to purchase new filters, what a nightmare! In Dec 2025 I reached out the feelso to order a new set and when i received them i was confused by what they had sent me so I returned the filters and re-ordered another set. (Attached is a pic of the redesigned filter). When 2nd set of filters arrived it was still the same wrong filter, so I returned again! I messaged feelso and explained what was happening. Feelso stated the original barrel filter was no longer available and was redesigned but still worked the same as the old design. I purchased new filter set in Dec 2025 but 1 month later Jan 2026, I could see the calcium build up so I sent another message to feelso. They apologized and said they would replace these faulty filters free of charge and they sent me a new set in Feb 2026. We are now March 2026 and the calcium build up is so ridiculous!! I might as well drink water from the regular faucet. They redesigned the filter barrel to save the company money! They didn't think about the customers needs! This is such a huge disappointment! THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!
