I don't know why they work, but for me they do work. I'm not saying they make everything alright, but they do help and that is worth having!

Seems to help me focus and calm
I don't know of this really works, or if just taking a few seconds to focus on taking it helps to calm and focus you but it certainly feels like it helps.
