These work great
I had read some negative reviews (1 stars) on this product and was a little concerned. However, I read the instructions and using some test equipment I verified they do work. I'm not suggesting they're 100% accurate but they are easy to use, seem a great deal for the price and from testing they seem to provide results very close to other test equipment I compared them to. I tried them on RO water, tap water etc. If there's one thing I think that might cause confusion for some is the color strip chart. These strips can give a very subtle color variance based on the water type tested but the issue here is simple... you're not testing for marginal variances... you're testing for water that is clearly acidic or alkaline which for me, makes these perfect and simple to use.

Works as advertised.
I have tested these so far on tap water, ZeroWater and concentrated vinegar. From what info I can find online as to the ph levels of what these 3 things should be, these strips appear to be accurate. Much easier to accurately read than single color litmus paper and I can tell to within 0.5 difference of ph, which is good as I'm using these to test the ph of the water I'm using to water my carnivorous plants, which require a ph ideally between 4.5 and 5.5. I THINK a lot of the complaints that they "don't work" is because people are ordering the wrong type for their intended purpose. There are 2 types here: one with a range of 0-14 for all liquids, and another that's a more narrow range (I forget the exact numbers) for saliva and urine. MAKE SURE YOU ORDER THE CORRECT ONE FOR YOUR INTENDED PURPOSE!

Don't seem to do anything
I'm not sure these work. Unfiltered tap water, filtered tap water, and bottled water tested exactly the same and barely changed the color of the strip, if at all. I even tried another beverage, just to see if the color would change and...nothing.

If you can, don't forget to have them on hand
If you can, these are a must need. I make salsa and thought I had a batch that I added too many tomatoes. It was peace of mind that the pH was fine and it not a mistake I thought I made. In the end it saved 7 pints of salsa being poured down the drain!

It just plain works.
This is a simple and as fast as it gets. I use this for my aqua phonic set up to make sure the pH is a suitable area for plant growth. Just keep wet hands away from the bottle as you can ruin all the strips in it. If you get one drop of water in that bottle, they work great and I will keep using them!

These ph test strips are super handy and work exactly as expected. The instructions are simple just dip the strip in water for a second, shake off the excess, and compare it to the color chart on the bottle. The results show up fast and are easy to read. I used them to test drinking water, tap water, and even aquarium water. The readings were consistent and matched what I expected. I like that the color chart is printed clearly on the bottle, so you don’t need to look for a separate card.
