The wrap fit well and was very comfortable. I needed it for severe arthritis in my thumb. The real problem with this unit is that it gets almost too hot after 20 seconds in the microwave and then only stays warm for about 5 min. I was hoping for something that would stay warm for at least 20-30 minutes so I was very disappointed. If I knew how quickly it cooled off, I wouldn't have ordered it.

The sleeve fits well and is made with quality. Gel only stays cold for 5-10 min and offers little coverage beyond the wrist. Velcro wrap helps cooling sensation. Offers a little pain relief. Probably need multiple to properly ice.

Absolutely brilliant concept. Would give 5 stars if it fit a little bigger. Bought for adult male to help with pain in wrist, but an XL fits so tight that it's painful to get on and off. However, it fits me perfectly and I'm a 5'4" female. Works wonders for carpal tunnel pain.
