Stay Cute & Dry!
Listen Ladies!!! Listen up. I am not a professional reviewer and I was not paid or given any endorsement for writing this review. I paid for this product with my own money and I say clearly that it was worth every dime! The water and these waist length knotless braids were in harmony. Only the slightest moisture at the nape of my neck after being completely submerged and having a blast. Feel free to get your backstroke on girls! You’ll be on time for dinner. My best advice is to pull the cap all the way down. It will be tight. I also covered my ears. Happy Summer!

Great purchase XL
I waited to do my review for the day we went to the waterpark. I wrapped my braids then put a mesh wig cap to hold the hair in place. Then put the swimming cap on top and this was the perfect technique. The cap was snug and did not move the 5 hrs we did water and raft slides. I pulled it down on my forehead so my braids and front edges did not get wet but the back hairline got a little wet. Overall I love it.

Good quality and keeps hair dry.
So I’ve had this swim cap for 5 months now and I purchased it in a size X large. I chose that size because I knew while taking swim classes, my hairstyles would consist of braids or twist (with extension) so I wanted to have room in the cap to fit all the hair. The sizing was perfect for that. My braids did get wet once most likely because I didn’t put the cap on correctly. Recently, I straightened my natural hair and was unsure if this size cap would still be effective. So, I wrapped my hair, tied it with a headscarf, put on a shower cap and THEN the swim cap. The first time I did this, a small portion of the back of my hair got wet :(. The second and most recent time, I used the same method but was sure to have my ears completely covered and even pulled the swim cap down the back of my neck as far as it would go and my hair was completely dry after swimming for 60 minutes. My head was submerged under water multiple times and my hair did not get wet. Had I worn the cap alone, I don’t think it would’ve sufficed due to the size of the cap plus I didn’t wanna risk ruining my blow out so I did those extra steps. I will say, I’ve had other swim caps in the past that slides easily and even rips easily so I believe this one is good quality.Pictures of hairstyles included for reference.

The best cap for all hair styles. I love it.
It’s great. Comfortable, protects the hair, easy to use, and also helps to keep water out the ears. Functional, I use it every time I swim. Covers all textures of hair, all lengths, density, volume, and thickness. Also works well if you have braids, twists, locs, faux locs, crochet, or any added hair. I fold my hair towards the top of my hair, and put the cap on. Everything fits inside the cap, plenty of room for all types of hair styles. The one time I forgot, there was a huge difference. Now I will not swim without it. The best ever! Thank you to the creators. I highly recommend this cap.

Disappointing
Does NOT keep water out of hair. My daughters old swimming that they had for a while started to have holes in them. Since they have braids I looked for a big one and came upon this one. And there was not a time they didn't have water in after swimming class.

Technically, it’ll do (but still searching)
Technically, it does the job. It allowed me to get my bulky braided hair in (imagine shoulder length box braids). And, after doing a variety of swim strokes (front, back, & breast) for about 45 mins, only the edges of my hair were damp.I wore it with the cap pulled below my ears to secure the suction (because this is suggested for the major brand extended caps). Else, I don’t believe it would have bonded/suctioned well, to prevent water from fully entering.Cons: The design of the cap introduces unexpected issues. First, once you secure the cap onto your head, it pulls your facial skin down & forward. I don’t know how good that is for your skin overtime. And, it’s makes it uncontrollable for your face, not to mention that you may look like a characture. Once you start turning your head (to breathe) for the front stroke, water begins to get in your ears and it stays (because of the cap’s design). The cap interferes with the fit of your goggles, allowing water to get into them because they can no longer fully suction to your face.Overall, it will do. However, it made for an uncomfortable swimming experience. So, I will continue looking for a more comfortable fit that prevents majority of your hair from getting wet/soaked.The inside of the cap makes me think of a kickball material, fyi.
