High Quality and Works Well.
This neck brace works well but needs a bit of finesse to put on and take off. There are many adjustments you can make for a good fit. Putting the brace on is okay but requires some work. Getting it off is the area I’d say needs the most attention. Once the brace is on and fitted you need to find and pull a small strap to remove it. This takes a bit of time and a better method would be an improvement. However, this isn’t a deal breaker. It’s simply something to be aware of if your dexterity is compromised. The brace also has an air bladder in it that you can pump up for a better fit. A rechargeable pump is supplied for this purpose. There is a hose that come from the back of the brace that must be connected to the hose from the pump. Push a button on the pump and the bladder inflates. Disconnect the hose and push a release valve on the connector and the air bladder inflates. This is one of the better neck braces/traction devices I’ve come across. I’ve used this brace to good effect and recommend it. It’s worth the price and if you’re in pain, any relief is welcome.*My four star rating is simply because I think some minor improvements could be made. In particular with the strap that you need to locate and pull to release the brace. This wouldn’t stop me from recommending this device as it works well, is made well, and provided some much needed relief for me.

Good
This neck traction device is very bulky, big, and intimidating to use, but it does help to gently stretch your neck, which feels great. Feels very relaxing on the muscles. However, since it is bi and bulky, I find myself not using it as often. If you're the type of person who actively exercises and uses devices, go for it. If you're the type of person who is lazy like I am, I don't recommend it since it takes up a lot of room for just a couple of uses.

Not for short necks
This product is only for people with long necks. There should be a disclaimer about the limits of this device. It does not fit all necks.

surprisingly easy to setup
this brace was surprisingly easy to put on and adjust on my own, with minimal effort. it comes fully assembled, and just needs to be unfolded...there's a small strap that makes it easier to take on and off, and a knob in the rear to tighten the collar. a pair of knobs at the sides allow you to increase the traction height, and the rechargeable pump attaches quickly and easily to the tube on the brace to increase pressure. the air pressure can be released rapidly via a quick press of the end of the tube.

Better than the basic styles. Can be used by all.
This neck traction device is a few steps above the rest. I have to admit at first it looked a bit overwhelming and time consuming, it is just that nice. The device is a solid and well-made neck traction device. The traction device is easy to use, and the directions are simple and straightforward. This makes home neck therapy simple and private. I am more willing to use this knowing its conveniently close. This stretches and relaxes leaving you feeling a bit better with every use. I have had other types of neck devices, and this is the one that I feel is the easiest to use, most effective and reliable as a whole. This can be used for anyone in the home who also has a sprained neck muscle, tension aches and stiffness in that area. This unit is easy to keep clean, store and understand.

We’re a-gonna stretch yer neck
And this device will definitely stretch your neck. But first you have to figure out how the thing works.“I don’t know, Martha, I cain’t tell the front from the back.”“Well, Zeke, why don’t you just look at the directions?”What a novel idea! And these directions are very clear with easy to understand pictures and instructions. Martha got Zeke straightened out so he could get his neck stretched. Now I have a generously proportioned neck and shoulders but there’s no provision a man of my capacity. Even with the chin piece at its lowest setting and the back fully extended I couldn’t get it on. However, I persevered. Once I figured out that I needed to be lying down flat with a small pillow under my neck and head I was able to maneuver the collar together and get the tab to fit over the post. I turned the side knobs and raised the chin piece; turned the knob in the back tightening the neck. By now I certainly could barely move my head and I thought.”how could this possibly get any more immobilizing?” Dubious, I connected the cute little pump and pressed the “button.” The bladder began to fill with air and stretched my neck.It got to the point where I couldn’t move my head and I stopped the pump and disconnected it. As the 20 minutes slowly ticked away I felt my neck and shoulders relax even though I was stretched out. Time was up so I depressed the end of the fill tube and the bladder started shrinking. I lowered the chin piece, extended the back, unhooked the tab and removed the collar. For a while the tension was gone from my neck and shoulders. I think I am going to like this thing.
