Perfect

This works better since there is more room by the blade assembly. It is also easier to wash and store. I have had a small problem with the lid popping off. I have had to learn to snap it on and make sure the center is turned.

Just like the original!! Saved me from buying a new machine!

The noise it makes is scary with the blade turning so fast.

My original Vitamix container got dropped & broke. Ordered this one as a replacement & it's even better!

The pitcher itself looks great. The blade works but is louder then the OEM and I don't expect it to last as long. Not unhappy with it but I think you get what you pay for and this is not as good as the original. I probably would not get this again and pay the extra for the "Vitamix" pitcher.

Having a small, galley style kitchen space is at a premium so quite awhile back I bought my Vitamix with the low profile 48oz container/blender pitcher and it fit perfectly on my kitchen counter and easily slid under my cabinets. I've always wanted a larger low profile container, but they're soooo expensive. Found this and thought to give it a go.It seems to be very nicely constructed, it's sturdy and works well, however, it's a bit louder than the 48oz Vitamix container. Not sure why, but it is. It's not crazy loud, but definitely louder. If I could have removed just 1/2 star instead of a full star I would have.The lid fits tightly and I really like the rubberized handle, especially (and obviously) since the 64oz container will be heavier when filled so having that good grip is a bonus.One reviewer freaked out and stated it "wasn't glass" and that it was "made in China" with "Plastic Cheesy" material so she won't use it (??). Firstly, Vitamix has never made a glass container so...yeah. Additionally she was upset that this was not made by Vitamix, yet the description clearly states that this is not made by Vitamix and instead "for Vitamix" and "compatible with Vitamix". RIF!Regardless, and on a more helpful note, you should be aware that the plastic material on this one is actually thicker than the Vitamix container AND it is BPA-free so no worries there.One lucky reviewer mentioned they had received a tamper with their order, but one was not included with mine nor does the vendor state one would be, but it would have been nice. My old 48oz tamper works fine with it, and if you need a tamper they're only $10 here on Amazon.Overall, very happy to finally have the larger, low profile, BPA-free container I've always wanted and that it works well and fits under my cabinets - and more importantly that I saved over $100 in the process!
