I'm using this as a pocked to carry things that I can't file in my organiser. I've modified it slightly as the holes didn't quite line up with the 6 holes in my binder (which I believe is similar to the Filofax arrangement). Also when used in a binder it is larger than A5 and wouldn't allow me to close the organiser so a little more modification was required as well as moving the Velcro fastening. I like the fastening as it allows a bit of flexibility with how much you can put in the pocket.
