I add an unflavored collagen from a cannister to my coffee in the morning, but as I get older, I have found that I like to add a second dose of collagen to my beauty regimen. This product is so easy to add in, because the packets have a delightful blueberry flavor that is light and refreshing and even though it contains fish collagen, which I find to be the best for my skin, there's no fishy taste at all. It mixes well in my water bottle, too. I highly recommend this product.
