EDIT: Ive changed my mind on this i got a lil blender for this and it mixes conveniently enough the price was really good too, IT DOES SMELL like heckin FARTS, so dont open the bottle in a closed room. Everyone was wondering if there was a gas leak and I didnt realise it was my drink till i got I got back and a lightbulb went off. But I add a lemon some salt and honey to it and dilute it a bit more and its a fantastic product and workout drink. It just doesnt dissolve and mix without a blender and even then you may need to run it through a cloth/filter to get some of the disgusting clumps out The problem with the clumps is this stuff tastes absolutely horrendous like chemical puke and smells similarly bad if you do buy this what i would suggest is use it a a supplementary sweet drink flavouring with much lower serving sizes. 5 STARS On the box it says a scoop serving for 500 ml and this is absolutely insane and will make you throw up. 1 scoop is 22-25 g protein But i found if you use a lot less maybe half or a bit more and get 10-14 grams of protein in 700 ml its actually very palatable and a decent sweet drink that i can use as a substitute to water with some protein. Only way i found to salvage this. I got the peach flavour and i can only imagine how much worse the other flavours are. Very disappointing and mediocre product from dymatize and for how expensive it is. absolute waste of money value. And if you dont have a little ninja mixer or something just forget about it as its just impossible to use/drink at all because its clumpy and wont mix DEFINITELY NEED BLENDER BUT BEST PRODUCT AND PRICE ON DISCOUNT

Excellent product. You will need a blender, but it’s well worth it. It’s much lighter than a typical protein shake, so I keep a jug in the fridge and put it in my water bottle for the gym too. My only complaint is the constant stock shortages across all flavours. It’s frustrating to find something this good repeatedly unavailable. If you’re going to sell it, please make sure you can keep it in stock.

The flavor is really off putting, it tastes of a medicine that went off, some acidic after taste. Cannot drink it at all and it takes a while to completely dissolve in water

Tastes very strong. High protein content per serving. Mixes really well. I combine it with a scoop of dextrose to drink throughout my workout. Might be too strong to drink in one go. Really good price if you can get it roughly at £1 per serving.

Great product. Its very good and effective. Doesn't feel as heavy as normal whey but as effective as them. Very easy to digest as it just feels like you drinking water. Usually have to add little more water than usual and with ice it feels just like a refresher drink. Highly recommend this product.

Provato al gusto thè. Mi è piaciuto soprattutto l'estate perché dopo la palestra con l'acqua fresca oltre a nutrirmi di proteine mi ha dissetato in maniera efficace e con gusto. Un po' difficile la solubilità ma insistendo un po' di più ho risolto. Questi gusti diversi dai classici vaniglia, cioccolato, banana ecc hanno però il limite di avere una utilizzabilità più limitata, perché ovviamente, almeno io, a colazione non mi andava di berlo, così come non lo si può usare come ingrediente per altri preparati come per es. pan cake. Consapevole di questo, è di certo un ottimo prodotto che riacquisterei per il periodo estivo.

Valide e ultra solubili

C’est un super produit. Le mélange peut être un peu galère, mais une fois prêt c’est une excellente boisson post-entraînement qui apporte un bon coup de protéines tout en restant bien plus légère qu’un shaker classique. J’en garde souvent une carafe au frigo pour en verser dans une tasse et la réchauffer au micro-ondes — c’est très bon aussi bien chaud que froid, même si ce n’est sans doute pas prévu pour être bu chaud. Je l’ai déjà ajouté à mes achats mensuels. Dommage qu’il n’existe pas en format plus grand !

Parfait et permet de s’hydrater tout en prenant des prots ! Mais rajouter plus d’eau qu’indiquer car goût très prononcé.
