Heavy feels more like light-medium resistance
Just received the blue heavy bands in the mail and I’m pretty disappointed with the product. Based off all the reviews I thought these bands were what I was looking for, a strong “heavy” resistance I could use for glute workouts I teach in my fitness classes. The material/quality is decent, but the stretch/ resistance for heavy feels more like light-medium resistance.

They are a bit more resistance than rubber ones. I feel like they will last longer. Let's hope!!
