I do think my appetite has been reduced since I have taken this; it is supposed to be great for sugar prevention. Lots of health benefits.

It doesn’t have a dramatic effect on my blood sugar, in the way the chromium / vanadium / herb combo Walmart makes, or Bitter Melon extract does. Maybe a small effect. Pills are small and no negative side effects.
