Great, comfortable support!
The size is rather small but it sits comfortably and helps ease my lower back ache quite. The support stays conform to the shape of your back instead of being stiff and rigid. The detachable foam pad is great as you can adjust it up and down for added support where needed. The material is nice and thin and it stays in place and doesn't ride up all the time like my other bulkier lumbar support.Happy with my purchase!

Did the job
Helped with my lower back pain when walking long distances. A little bulky but manageable. Cannot notice it under clothes. Strong velcro too

Defective.
It is probably good but my item came damaged with one of the sticky velcro bits unattached, so not a great design or maybe mine was just this way.

very smooth and flat when worn
I was not sure about splashing out on such an expensive back support but it really is good and for a woman who needs to have something that doesn't stick out where it does up at the front, I find this very smooth and relatively slimline. It's made of a soft fabric which I like but the back supports struts may not suit everybody. You do have to get them in exactly the right position. I have chosen to keep this back support for smarter occasions and wear something without ribbed supports in everyday because I mainly wear this for my haital hernia and I don't need ribbed supports sticking into my back all day.

Good back support
Good back support especially working in hospital which includes lifting, bending and pushing beds.

Not supportive enough
I am a connoisseur of back belts having had back issues for 30 years.I liked the sound of this one having thinner fabric and therefore being easier to wear under clothes. Sadly it just isn't supportive enough and tends to ride up to waist level rather than staying at the lumber spine. I got my husband to try it (he also has back problems) and without discussing it beforehand he had the same complaint as me....it isn't supportive enough and won't stay where you put it.Sadly I cannot recommended it.
