Love this drink! Love the dairy free and on top of that has vitamins and protein. Flavors are really good as well! This is my go to protein drink when I don’t have time to make myself a protein shake

Balanced nutrition and good flavor compared to other meal replacement drinks. With the new bottle, it seems there is a new recipe, which I like so much better than the original. Tastes a little like cake batter, esp if you add milk.

Different taste. A bit chalky. No stomach upset. Good value.

I have been drinking protein shakes for years now and have tried all different brands. I chose this one because it is Vegan with no dairy and had lower potassium for my needs. First off, Yes, these are a plant based shake so i would say its an acquired taste, but i do not think its at all horrible. It is sweet tasting, but that is probably to help with the plant based taste in these. All the Vegan shakes i have noticed have that distinct plant type taste, but i do not think its horrible, but others might not like it, i think it is all just due to your preference. I wish these would go on sale more often, but i am pretty stocked up on these shakes and will most likely continue to buy them. Thank you for reading my review and i hope that this helps you decide.

The chocolate and vanilla are both pretty good tasting and are easy on the digestion. However, the company is not forthcoming about providing information about lead and mercury content of each product. The has been many news articles and stories about heavy metals in pea protein. Companies would find it beneficial to post the results for each product so consumers can make informed decisions. Other companies have published their results from third party testing. When asked about these metals OWYN gave a generic reply and refused to provide the results. OWYN had lawsuit filed against them in August 2025 because of their high levels of lead in their products. DO NOT BUY!

Had bought the plant-based ones from the store by mistake. They really are a meal supplement! I used them instead of water when juicing which helped a great deal with the texture. Not only was it filling, it was Delicious! And I Paired my concoction with Justin's Nut Butters for added Protein... I can hardly wait to try these as stand alone meal supplements! Yum!

Like the taste and the amount of protein with each drink. Big plus for non dairy. I have been using different flavors of OWYN, but these are a bit cheaper with a little less protein and I al not getting tired of the flavor

I usually use the reg chocolate w some sugar but tried this option w no sugar… horrid think weird taste
