Been taking this for a few weeks now, and its pretty good overall. The 4mg Astaxanthin seems to do the trick – skin’s looking a bit clearer, and Ive noticed a wee boost in energy, nothing dramatic but decent enough. The softgels are easy to take, and I like that its vegan and made from microalgae, so its a good option if youre into that. Quality seems spot on, no weird aftertaste or anything like that. That said, 4mg is a bit on the low side. If youre after bigger benefits, youd probably need to take two a day, which makes it a bit pricey. But for a general antioxidant boost, it’s alright. All in, a decent enough supplement for the price.

I wasn’t sure at first but read good stuff so slowly added one here and there. It’s made a difference to my skin tone- it’s evened out and with less breakouts. I know it’s for oxidative stress but I use randomly to help skin in winter. An easy product and good value too. If you had to take more regularly then it could get expensive. A good product nonetheless.

I am on to my second bottle of this product, having purchased it on the trust of the brand: I use a number of their other products, and was looking for an antioxidant that would provide background supplement protection alongside fruit and vegetables that contribute to health and well-being in this area. Contrary to some other reviews on this product, it is not a supplement to directly aid the improvement of any condition or ailment, but designed to contribute to overall well-being and long term improvement in energy levels as a by product of protecting the body from the damaging effects of free radicals.

È la prima volta che acquisto un prodotto di questa marca, sembra affidabile. La materia prima, astaxantina, è prodotta da un azienda islandese, infatti ha il marchio astalif. Schiacciando le capsule sotto i denti si libera un olio di un rosso acceso, questo mi suggerisce che sia un buon prodotto, anche se non posso pronunciarmi ancora sugli effetti perché lo sto assumendo da poco. Nota negativa è che ha meno mg di astaxantina rispetto alla media, solo 4mg, quindi io ho deciso di assumere due capsule al giorno, ciononostante le quantità di capsule è generosa.
