Pavoni v polycarbonate chocolate molds are the very best. I love the shine on my truffles when using Pavoni molds.

Beautiful mold. I used this for the Easter Bonbon box I created for the luxury resort I work for.

Watch for charging for more expensive molds, and sending cheaper ones.
I needed the mold so I made do. But, the discrepancies on the two diffrent molds are pretty big.
