I purchased a bunch of these for a community event I hosted part of my work because I got these on amazon business and they seemed to have value for money. The feedback I received is what the event attendees mentioned. The packaging is very nice, instructions were clear, easy to collect and register the sample during the event and the doctors mentioned that the test sensitivity? specificity? was up what they would expect so I am thinking accurate. Will be ordering more of these for my events.

This same kit is available at my local grocery store pharmacy for a few dollars more. So for the price its a good value and it was fairly quick to get results. Of course, it still takes a few days since the sample has to be sent back to the lab via 2-day included postage. After they got the sample in, results were ready the next morning. Simple, effective, and easy to use. Would recommend.

The whole process was super simple and private which is nice. But things are a bit too slow for my liking. Unless you test and send it off on a Monday/Tuesday, you should expect your results the following week. And then it's going to take another few days for them to get back to you regarding any treatment plan. I chose this over going to a clinic out of convenience, but I regret that decision and which I saved my $60. That being said, 4 stars because it IS convenient and easy and it seems like customer service is good.

The turnaround time is nowhere near what they advertise. Just go to a local lab. Unless you want to wait weeks for results. Less than one star is deserved.

Very easy to order, I use my HSA funds, very simple to use with great instructions and convenient. The fee for the test kit, shipping, testing are included in the price of purchase here. If you have a positive test result, you can consult with a medical care provider through their app or speak to your own doctor. I did not have that experience so I cannot speak any more to that. But the ordering sample collection and processing is very simple and straightforward and I really just enjoyed the convenience of this and being able to use my HSA funds. Definitely would recommend this kit for anyone who is sexually active.
