It's hard to enjoy dairy products when the result of lactose intolerance is the uncomfortable bloating afterwards - our remedy is the Vitamatic Lactase Enzyme Tablets, they are a LACTOLERANCE 9000 supplement that offers the ability of consuming up to 45g of lactose per consumed capsule - a single tablet is more than ample to prevent normal 'lactose bloating'; however, in our dietary intake it's more advantageous to use two (2) tablets. Keep in mind that the lactase enzyme tablets will only provide relief for the immediate intake of dairy products - if the meal or treats extend beyond a single serving of dairy then additional tablets should be taken. Bite-Sized Pain Relief
Needed to find an alternative to my normal go to for 9Ks' because the price got jacked up waaay to high for me - and then these ones hit my radar! First time trying them out didn't work as they should have; with these ones I found that biting them - or breaking them up as I'm eating the food worked best for it to actually work. But, despite having to bite them/break them up while I eat, there really is no taste to them - which is wonderful! I love how much smaller these ones are in comparison as well, I'll definitely be getting more of these ones over my previous brand!

Work great, harder than Lactaid.
Work great, but harder than Lactaid. Which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have one very wobbly crown.

Convenient and just as good but only 1/3 the per pill cost as Lactaid
Much less expensive that individually packaged and just as convenient. I found the 9000 FCC (Food Chemical Codex) as a measure of effectivity was a better indication and the same weight at that marked 5 milligrams (MG) for Lactaid
