taste is amazing. hard not to drink it all. i have found that i need b12 supplementation sometimes and this gives me a huge picker upper, way better than energy drinks when i do need it.

My blood work indicated a non-optimal B12 level, so I searched for an under-the-tounge complex high in B12, which the body easily eliminates, but not too high in other B's, which can be too much to process. I won't have new blood work for 4-6 months, but I can already tell that this is a tremendous energy booster. The suggested dose is 1ml per day. That seems really high to me, so I take .25ml first thing in the morning and another .25ml mid-day, for a total of .5ml per day. My energy surges with this, but in a very gentle way. I can definitely feel the difference on days I forget to take it. I was honestly a little skeptical because the price was so reasonable, but I'm so glad I gave it a try. Well worth it. A few things I've recently learned that you might find helpful: - I take this only before lunchtime because the surge in energy is so good it messes with my sleep. - If your B12 level is sub-optimal, there's a very good chance that your ferritin level (iron) is also low. - Ferritin/iron levels aren't typically included in routine blood work, unless there are associated symptoms. - "Normal range" for lab tests is not the same thing as "optimal." So, ask for the actual test results and do some research on your unique numbers. Don't let the doctors tell you, "It's all normal." Ask for a copy of your complete blood analysis, including the numbers for each element tested. - You can exist on iron and B levels considered "normal" while not feeling great. - There are lots of reputable online resources where you can learn more. (Mayo clinic, Cleveland Clinic, NIHS, etc.)

Taste is great, well worth the price did not upset my stomach, arrived well packaged love the amount of B vitamins and the right ones are in it for me, Quality is good

Not strong . A little weak. Flavor is ok. So works well if you don't have a High demand for b vitamins.
