Winco 2 Gallon Beverage Dispenser with Stand and Ice Core

Valve leaks. This is not usable in any way. My event was after the return window, so I cannot even get a refund.

I ordered 3 so they would all match. They’re the perfect size to fill or just make half. Great quality and love the ice holder, just add water and freeze and none of your drinks become watered down. Definite must have for any party or get together.

I would suggest not purchasing these beverage dispensers. I purchased them, cleaned them, and made sure everything was tight ready to go and what happened, they leaked and leaked badly. One leaked way more that than the other but both still leaked. I had to keep a cup underneath the spout, luckily I was able to pour the drink back in the dispenser or I would have been losing a cup every 15 minutes and when you spend this type of money to craft the cocktail that’s more money out of my pocket. I want to return them but afraid they won’t refund my money and keep the product per the information shared as I tried to start a return.

I really like the product, but it does leak. If it came with the drip tray it shows in the picture, that would help. It does not spring back far enough to keep from leaking. I have to pull it forward, and then water drains out. I would also suggest some sort of cap for the faucet. I'm considering returning it, just to see if I can actually find one that does not leak. I don't know how to get in touch with the store. Tried several times through Amazon.

I thought it was great at first - decent quality parts it seemed, figured it would last a while. Stand and ice core were nice. Loved not needing an extra hand to press/turn a spigot. But after filling it and testing it out I noticed it dripped a bit but was able to wiggle it until it stopped. But after going to sleep and waking up the next morning, I saw it had leaked about a gallon out. I tried tightening it and made sure I wasn't seeing any drips before I went to sleep the second night but I still woke up to a half empty container.So if you do get it, get a drip catcher of some kind and don't expect it to hold liquid overnight unless you luck out and get one that doesn't leak or are handy enough to trouble shoot it.

I bought two and one immediately was leaking so I asked for a replacement. Then, on the second use the second one started leaking. You have to mess around with a spout constantly to get it to stop and in the process you have a disaster.
