The reason we discovered Corsican preserves? Our jams are made using only 100% locally grown fresh seasonal fruits from Corsica, France. Artisanal produced in small batches using an old traditional French family recipe that preserves chunky whole fruit pieces without overcooking the jam to retain the natural intense fresh fruit flavours without the need for any added cane sugar. 100% Fruit Jam with NO ADDED SUGAR - Low sugar content only: 48g per 100g (from natural fruit sugars).
