Quick, easy, 1-4 servings perfact!
I love my rice robot! Sits on my desk. I’m saving thousands on goin gout to lunch.and it’s done in 20 minutes which is faster than what it would take me to go and come back. Bought a bag or rice, bullion powder and hot sauce and make a hot lunch every day. I bring in leftovers and put bits of whatever in the steamer tray. Tastes sooo good, and healthier than fast food and economical. I even cook for my coworkers, I get 5 star reviews around the office. Absolutely perfect for making 1-4 servings.

Good Choice
Cooker works as advertised. I have used a little less rice and water to make a single serving. I was not sure it would work as well, but seems to handle smaller amounts of rice and water.

Merry Christmas to me! NOT.
Bought this for myself for Christmas. Okay, I don't know where they get the idea that 1 of their cups of rice makes 3 cups of cooked rice. Unless the rice blows up like styrofoam packing peanuts THAT ain't gonna happen. Normal rice in a pot is a 1:2 ratio, 1 rice, 2 water. Their cups are NOT a 'normal" cup measurement unless you're in a doll house. They are TINY! Less than 1/2 a REAL cup. The 1st time I tried it I used 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of water, oil and salt like the instructions say. Turned it on and waited for the light to switch to warm. Took about 1/2 hour. What I got when opening it was hot hard very slightly enlarged rice hard packed together like a wet rice cake burnt on the bottom. AHG. Then I tried 1 cup rice and 2 cups water = soup. So I tried 1 cup of rice and 1.5 cups of water. Mind you I was using the cups provided. What I got this time was a sticky ball of rice. Not fluffy, nothing like you'd try to feed someone. Not even my dogs would eat it. My husband threw out the box with the Christmas wrappings. I'm stuck with no way to return it so it's going into the Goodwill box. Maybe someone else will have better luck. My opinion. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Hope this helps you decide.

Wish I had read the negative feviews
I bought this to replace an Aroma rice cooker that I purchased from Amazon not too long ago. It was my first ever rice cooker, a very basic model. I really liked it but let it fall from the counter. The glass lid broke and the pot got dented badly. Silly me, instead of staying with something that I knew I liked, I decided to 'upgrade' to this product because the capacity was supposed to be larger and it came with a recipe book. The 'upgrade' cost me about $15. It arrived yesterday and today, my first use was for some couscous. I followed the recipe in the book precisely. It seemed to work just fine, but the couscous was scorched on the bottom after being left on 'warm' for only about 15 minutes. I kept rice on 'warm' for 2 hours with the old cooker without an issue. Oh, and the size of the pot is exactly like the old one, despite the description indicating that it would be larger. I wish I had read the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews on this before I purchased. I'll be making a pot or two of rice in the next few days. If my evaluation changes, I will post an update
