This brand is charging a premium price for a product that's no more than a lame massager.Their 7days money back guarantee is a lie.They expect you to get like the product.If you tell them you don't like it they keep telling your reason is not valid and sorry for the inconvenience.When I dug deeper they told me our product is imported from newzealand and not from china.So basically don't buy this disgusting imported product we have many in our own country that make a great alternative to this lame product

The thing cannot be used at all. It stopped working within a few days and we tried everything they showed on a stupid video. They asked us to upload a video which too we did more than once. Bad quality zero servicing . We would avoid Bitronix in future

Received a defective product. The seller admitted it was their fault but still refused to issue a full refund. After 3 days of chasing, I only got a partial refund. Unacceptable response and poor customer service. Would not recommend.
