Would these work as a parallel spice?

The short answer is no. They are not long enough in my opinion.

Would 2/0 work with 1/0 wire?

Depends on the wire. My 2 AWG wire’s core was too big to work with even the 1/0 ferrule without cutting off some wire. But a 2/0 ferrule should be made to work with 1/0 wire.

where to buy the crimping tool?

I use a Wirefy "D" ferrule terminal die to crimp the smaller terminals. The ferrules are made from thin metal so I don't crimp the large terminals. Just make sure it fits tight on the wire and it will compress when you tighten the terminal block screw.

Thry are seamless and made from very thin tinned copper material. Probably ue whatever crimper you would choose for the ga wire you are using these on.
