I’ll keep the this short and brief without getting into a bunch of details. This stim free pre workout has done nothing for me, I’ve tried 1 scoop, 1 1/2 scoops, and I’m now at 2 scoops. Still nothing. Next is the absolutely horrible taste and consistency of this powder. I wouldn’t even call it a powder, it looks like pebbles of salt and doesn’t mix to well. I’ve literally had to push myself to try and finish the whole container but I gave up and wrote this review instead. Then there’s the price… it’s just outrageous, the stim free pre workout I found much success with is half this price and the same amount of servings. I honestly doubt it has what it advertises in it, at least not in the amounts it boasts. Steer clear of this one guys, head over to body building.com and try their stim free pre, it’s a world of difference!

I decided to try this pre-workout because of the ingredients and dosages of the various ingredients. I’ve used other pre-workouts and I’m always willing to try something new. When I opened the container it’s filled with a lot of clumps, but that’s by no means a deal breaker. I’ve used it now for 5 days; it mixes okay, the taste is not great, and as mentioned in other reviews “it’s chalky” and by far one of the worst tasting pre-workouts. As for its efficacy, I didn’t notice better pumps, I went from 1 to 2 scoops and still not much of a pump. But with 2 scoops definitely noticed a less than pleasant feeling in my stomach. Some people may find Pump Serum suitable, as for myself I’ll stick with Pre-Kaged, Pre JYM, Transparent Labs and Legion Pulse.

Ordered this as a follow up to Derek's (More Plates More Dates) Gorilla Mind Nitric as I have been trying out his stim free pre workout. Right off the gates, I could feel a bigger pump thanks to the Pump Serum's ridiculously maxed out ingredients. The focus felt about the same as Nitric, nothing noticeably different but the pump and the mind muscle connection was off the charts. The flavoring is decent, not terrible but nothing to rave about. Berry in general is one of my favorite flavors so if berry isn't your favorite, you may want to try the other ones. Overall, a solid stim free pre workout choice and something I will be using for months to come. Thanks Huge Supplements!

Not so much a pre-workout jolt… but when I’m at the gym I push much harder. That’s a fair trade for those sensitive to caffeine

Love that this stuff doesn’t give you the caffeine jitters. Great results since buying it. Not my favorite flavor but didn’t buy it for the flavor

Can't give it less than on star. This product is trash and a waste of money. Nothing more than a glorified electrolyte pack and let's not forget the awful taste. To be clear I tried it in the morning and afternoon on an empty stomach and with food I can definitely advise anyone just get a cup of coffee instead
