High quality!
This stuff is amazing! Really helps focus the mind, relaxes your senses, and brings clarity. There is no stimulant feeling. Just natural clean energy. Great value too! And tastes good which is a huge bonus.

Seems to work
I take these when I really need to focus. Seems to help. They are not too sweet don't smell chewable and pretty tasty. Good value and I will buy more in the future.

Super yummy!
Can't tell if these are making any difference, but they taste SO GOOD that I look forward to taking them. I thought I was supposed to take these at night, but did notice I wasn't sleeping as well, then noticed they had vitamin b6 and 12 so switched to taking them during the day. They stick together a bit in the jar, but not terribly, and really taste great.

No focus but sleeping longer
Not sure of it helps with focus. But, it does help with sleep. I took in the morning a few times and almost feel asleep at work. Started taking them before bed. Knocks me out. Haven't noticed any other changes .

Clear headed!
