The technicians were polite who came to install the AC . After sales service also very good as i got a call immediately the next day asking for a feedback and how to register the product for warranty . Ac is very good, all the equipment are of very high quality, the copper pipes which are in the package are made of high quality copper with proper insulated and aluminium covered for better insulation and long life . Air blown of this ac is excellent , best in performance, cooling is very nice and swing feature is also good. The remote provides screen for better view . Overall the AC is very good in my opinion, 100% recommendation for buying this AC.

Using from last two weeks, it's is a good product from Hitachi, effective ac and cooling is good. Pro. Room will chilled in few min with power mode. Ambient light effect to understand better. Long flow with effective cooling. Remote having light to easy use in night Con. Don't have swing mode... Dear Hitachi Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recurring water dripping issue in my Hitachi air conditioner. Despite a recent repair by your technician on 4th June 2025 (receipt attached), the same problem has returned within 10 days. This is now the third time this issue has occurred within just one year of purchase, despite the AC being regularly serviced only by Hitachi-authorized technicians. It is very clear that this is an installation-related issue, not a fault of the AC unit itself. Yet, I have been charged for the last repair as well – even though the issue was not resolved properly and reappeared within days. How many times am I expected to pay for the same unresolved problem? This repeated inconvenience is unacceptable. I request that you treat this matter urgently and send a competent technician to resolve the issue permanently, without any further charges. If this issue is not resolved once and for all, I will be left with no option but to approach the Consumer Court Forum for a resolution.

The AC is really worth the money, cooling capacity is great, looks minimal and elegant and energy savings is also as mentioned. I already had Acs from Hitachi and that's the reason I went ahead with this one too and it stood to my expectation. The installing team was also quick and nice and Hitachi support too. You can go ahead and buy this product without second thoughts.

One of the best AC. Supper fast cooling

One of my friend suggest me to buy hitachi ac and now here is the review. It cools my room within 10 minutes still my room is big enough for 1.5tonne ac but the expandable feature of hitachi ac doesn't took much time to cool my room. Happy to have a hitachi ac and the most important thing is their customer executives who calls you time to time for our experience with hitachi ac so that if there comes any problem they can easily resolve it...but thanks to God there is no problem yet...
