Was boxed with no padding - the plastic bag INSIDE the box was torn, and the (quite expensive IMO) pack was scarred from the impacts. Will most likely be sending back.

Came scuffed up and looked like a fake. Zipper was also broken . Return was sent May 17. It is June 6 and it has not made it to Las Vegas (was sent from Washington state) where it was meant to go and tracking said was expected to be there by 5/23. Have photos with date on them I will submit if needed. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs

I recently purchased the Db Journey The Ramverk Backpack, and I must say that I am impressed with its overall quality and aesthetic appeal. Let me start by emphasizing the positive aspects of this backpack. Its design is sleek and stylish, and the attention to detail is evident. The materials used are of high quality, and the backpack feels sturdy and well-made. The main compartment is spacious and can comfortably fit my laptop, notebooks, and other essentials. The main issue I have with the Ramverk Backpack is the limited number of pockets. While the main compartment is roomy, there aren't enough smaller pockets or compartments to keep my belongings organized. It would be incredibly helpful to have additional pockets to stash away smaller items like pens, keys, charging cables, and other essentials. Having designated pockets for specific items would make it easier to find and access them without rummaging through the main compartment. Despite this drawback, I have found ways to work around the lack of pockets by using small pouches and organizers. However, it would be more convenient if the backpack itself had integrated pockets that catered to the needs of modern travelers and commuters. Having dedicated compartments for water bottles or side pockets for quick access to frequently used items would greatly enhance the functionality of this backpack. In conclusion, the Db Journey The Ramverk Backpack is a beautifully crafted item that exudes quality and style. Its spacious main compartment and sturdy construction make it an excellent choice for everyday use. However, the lack of additional pockets is a missed opportunity to maximize the organization and convenience of this backpack. If you can work around this issue or don't mind using additional organizers, then this backpack is definitely worth considering.

My son collects backpacks, or at least always wants new ones. Saw this one and had to get it. I don't know a ton about it other than the fact that he said it's great, and it's his new daily backpack. Seemed sturdy to me when we opened it. Looks to have about average storage capacity for a backpack of it's size. It's comfortable, according to my son. No laptop put in it, so I can't speak to how well it would protect one. Happy with this item.

This is basically what I imagine when I think of a good travel backpack. Upon first unpacking, I was impressed with the firmness of the shape and how well it stands on its own. The large open compartment is fantastic for holding packed items, whether in packing cubes or other pouches, or even just thrown in. It’s very much like your average piece of luggage, where you have a large undivided space. The top pocket is actually decently sized and useful for things—I can comfortably put my phones, sunglasses, wallet, keys, earphones, lip balm, mints, and still have space! Easy accessible and separate from the main packing space that you won’t need to access as regularly. Overall construction feels great, with nice materials and good manufacturing/assembly. The zippers feel good, though they can get a little tight around some corners. The straps on the outside are easily adjustable and should work well for all sorts of things, like hanging headphones cases or some outerwear. Would be cool if the main compartment opened from the shoulder strap side rather than the outside. Would make it harder to tamper with or have stuff spill out accidentally, and also keep the side that is on your back cleaner when you set it down to open.
